Grupo Frisa unveils the plaque for Monterrey Tech Park Industrial Park

In an event of great significance for the economic development of the region, Grupo Frisa has marked the beginning of an ambitious project with the laying of the foundation stone for Monterrey Tech Park Industrial Park, in the municipality of Marín, Nuevo Leon. This project, boasting a significant investment of over 150 Million USD, aims to attract both national and foreign investment, thus fostering industrial growth and job creation in the area. The event, led by prominent figures such as Carlos Rivera, CEO of Grupo Frisa, Industrial Parks division, Jose Santa Maria, Mayor of the municipality of Marin, and Fernando Gamez, Director of Investment at the State Ministry of Economy, marks the beginning of a development of 27 hectares of land with 160 thousand square meters of buildable and profitable area. This industrial park will be developed in three stages, housing 7 state-of-the-art industrial buildings with the most desirable features, as well as LEED and EDGE sustainability certifications.

Monterrey Tech Park boasts exceptional features, beginning with its strategic location: just 15 minutes from Monterrey’s International Airport and at the intersection of the region’s two most important highways, leading to Laredo and Reynosa. This privileged spot allows efficient connectivity for companies to key distribution and business points of the USMCA, thus enhancing the competitiveness of the companies established in this development. It is estimated that Monterrey Tech Park Industrial Park will generate approximately 1,500 direct jobs, making a significant contribution to the economic growth and social development of the region.

Monterrey Tech Park joins other investment projects throughout the country, reaffirming Grupo Frisa’s commitment to driving industry and creating opportunities in Mexico.
